Structure and focus
- The focus order is not logical in all situations. (2.4.3)
- Focusing on the various phases of form processes, such as the subscription of profit shares, is challenging and illogical. (3.3.2)
- The focus is lost, jumping to the beginning as the content refreshes, which is particularly problematic for screen reader and keyboard users. (3.2.1, 2.4.3)
- When focusing on a featured member benefit on the home page, benefit information disappears. (2.1.1)
- The visual state of some buttons does not reflect their actual state; for example, a button might look active even though it cannot be used. (1.3.1, 4.1.2)

General description of the digital service
Oma Tradeka is an electronic member service portal for Tradeka members, through which members can manage their membership and stay in closer contact with the cooperative. Members can also find their Tradeka electronic membership card in Oma Tradeka. Through the Oma Tradeka service, members can view and edit their contact information, subscribe to and manage Tradeka’s profit shares, cast their vote in member voting as well as create and support member initiatives.
